Shipping Method
We currently ship eligible orders within the contiguous United States.
Shipping Fee: Free Standard Shipping
Courier: FedEx or another trusted carrier depending on product availability and delivery destination.
Any applicable shipping cost, if required, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Processing Time
Order processing time refers to the time between when an order is placed and when the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Most orders are processed within 0–24 hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding holidays. We will do our best to minimize any shipping delays.

If an order is placed with an unsupported shipping address, we may contact you to update the address or cancel and refund the order.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 0–48 hours to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
If your tracking number does not update normally, please contact us and we will help check the shipment status with the carrier.
Delivery Delays
If your order is delayed, please contact our customer service team. We will contact the carrier and help check the latest delivery status as soon as possible.
Please understand that delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to help update the address before the order is shipped.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
If the order has not been shipped, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In that case, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for further assistance.
